Music Is Alive

Born in Peoria, IL United States, Arian Nicole Muhammad is a lyricist and composer who fell in love with the power of sound at an early age. After witnessing the healing effects of music in her hometown community she desired to pursue life as an artist to help impact culture. Moved by the conscious driven lyricism of icons such as Rakim, Stevie Wonder and Earth Wind and Fire, Arian Nicole narrates the sojourn of Black America combining soulful production with her unique choral tone. A process she began in her mother’s  living room recording acapella melodies  over cassette tapes. Arian Nicole has since went on to share stages with music icons KRS ONE, Rakim, Raheem Devaughn and Kindred The Family Soul. In 2021 she launched an annual Grassrootz Hiphop Celebration. A platform that supports and embraces local conscious artists. Her style is riveting harmonious and melodic.
